One of the most important things to people who work out often, whether in or out of the gym, is music. Music keeps you pumped; it stops you from getting bored, and more importantly, it keeps you going when you think you can’t. Everyone has their own taste and has whatever works for them, whether it is hip hop, techno, hard rock, etc. And lots of times, it depends on what kind of training you are doing that dictates what music you might choose to listen to. But, is this all in your head?
