You’re not the only one who gets pissed when someone is on *your* bike?

Or elliptical machine, or treadmill, or even in your shower stall?

For most people who make exercise a part of their daily routine, each aspect of the routine becomes a routine itself. Somtimes it is functional, like the days you pick to do certain body parts, and the order in which you work these muscles out.  Other times, it’s not so functional, like always picking the treadmill in front of the TV that is playing “Charmed.”
