I recently discovered your blog and love it. I was never a huge fitness enthousiast but since I started reading it I’ve been going to the gym more often, started playing squash with my colleagues, I eat healthier and even stopped using the elevator to get to my flat.
I can’t wait for fitfiend.com to be launched.

i just found your blog after doing a search about spinning. i just recently got in to it and i love it. “I was wondering what your thoughts were about doing a spin class two days in a row or if you are a little sore (from running yesterday
)
